Why I Ride, Michael Schaller, Police Officer

Michael is a retired El Paso County Sheriff with 22 years of experience on the force.  Now that his daughters are grown and out of the house, he has moved into his new role as a police officer at the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs.  He loves his new job overseeing safety for the “Mountain Lions”.

Mike and his wife, Kerry, stay active by riding their Triumphs (she has a 2014 Street Triple R) travelling, attending concerts, and cheering on the Rapids, Broncos and Avalanche!

Mike’s wife is from the United Kingdom, and it was Kerry that first turned Mike on to Triumphs.  Initially he rode a 2014 Street Triple R, but had always had his eyes on the Bonneville. This year he finally traded in the Street Triple for his dream bike, and couldn’t be happier.

The Schallers try to get home to the UK every year or so, and are looking forward to their next trip to the Triumph Factory Experience in Hinckley this December.
