"I recently purchased a Triumph Rocket III from Erico and wanted to briefly relay my story. I will admit that the initial financing side of the sale was somewhat tumultuous. I believe this stemmed from a lack of communication between sales and financing. Bottom line I was told one thing and a completely other happened. Now the great news. The owner of Erico, John Beldock, personally called and spoke with me about my initial dissatisfaction. In addition, he oversaw the delivery and setup of the motorcycle, this showed me he cared about the customer and my opinion of Erico. As for the accessories, service, and parts counters you will absolutely not find a more friendly or professional staff at any other dealership. I have yet to walk into Erico and not be greeted by whomever is working the accessory counter. Lisa then greets you again when you pass into the showroom area. All of this makes for a very inviting atmosphere and a great first impression. The parts counter was very patient as I selected options for the bike and even generated different pricing summaries so I could see exactly what I would pay. They had a commanding knowledge of what would look good as well as what would boost performance. It is great to speak with people who know their business without trying to force a sale. These last two people get an honorable mention and that is Phil in service and Michelle in the business office. Phil is able to translate a new motorcycles owners questions in such a way that they are answered clearly, succinctly, and without you feeling like he had to speak down to your level. He has great pointers for enjoying your new purchase and clearly is an expert in service and maintenance. Michelle is great and very easy to work with in the worst of all jobs getting paperwork signed. She is friendly and always has a smile. She went out of her way after the sale to get a giftcard I was due from Triumph because of military status. I had never seen this advertised online, in brochures, or at dealers. No other dealer I shopped at mentioned this Triumph gift card. I look forward to spending this Triumph money in Erico either at the parts or accessories counter. Bottom line I would recommend purchasing your next bike from Erico. Make sure to nail down the financing and sales guys so everyone is on the same sheet of music. Everything else such as accessories, parts, service, even paperwork is truly a positive experience. Before going to Erico I viewed them as an upscale dealer specializing in high end product lines. I continue to stand by this belief and now also believe they have the high end staff to compliment the high end products. John, keep up the great service. "

"Thanks again man your staff has been great, I want you to know if you had not taken the time to contact me when I had the issues with the Scooter I bought from you guys, I would never have considered going back to your dealership. I was going to drive up to Ft Colins to buy my Triumph but because of your steps I knew I would buy it from Erico. If you recall, I wouldn't take a free bike from the other Triumph dealership in Denver because of how they treated me.
I thank you for taking the time to listen to my concerns and addressing them, that’s customer service and that’s what I look for, price is one thing but service is always more important.
While I have your ear I'd like to tell you Ron did a miracle job and was extremely easy to work with, he helped a lot and was very patient with me as I had a million questions about service contracts and protection plans. He didn't blink man; he explained all my options often times more then once as I kept on forgetting. You have a good man there, wanted to let you know that.
Justin, my sales guy very knowledgeable great to work with he helped with my purchase and was very patient with me as I was stuck between two completely different bikes. I'm sure he thought I was insane as I was comparing Apples to Oranges but he did this with no issues what so ever. My buying experience was brilliant he greatly contributed to this.
Last but not least, Michele really helped me with selecting my new gear for my bike. Yeah, I ended up buying a 400 dollar jacket I wasn't going to buy, but still we won't hold that against her. :) Yet another person on your staff very patient and like Justin and Ron she looked like she was generally happy to be at work, that’s a rarity.
You have a wonderful staff and I can't stop telling people about your dealership, so if I send you a buying customer, I think you should let me test drive something fast!!!

"I've been coming to Erico now for about 2 years. Bought a GT1000 from you guys back in August, 2006. About a month ago, I found an individual who was interested in trading her Hypermotard S for my GT. I spent some time talking over the potential deal with Tally and his insight really helped my decision-making process. I'm now the very happy owner of an 08 Hyper S.
This past Saturday I set up an appointment with Dominic to have a new rear tire installed and for Ossy to diagnose an idling issue with the Hyper. Came in to pick up the bike just as Ossy was taking it out for a test ride. When he returned he told me the ECU needed replacing and that he also did "a few other things". I took a nice long ride on Sunday and wow, the bike is transformed! It just runs absolutely beautifully now and I wanted the folks at Erico to realize that I appreciated Ossy's and Dominic's talent and professionalism. Dominic and Chris were obviously in the midst of a very busy day but they still took the time to talk things over with me. As for Ossy, I'm convinced that when his hands touch a Ducati, magical things can happen.
When I walk into Erico the staff is always helpful and most know me by name. Along with the folks already mentioned, I also wanted to say thanks to a few people I've worked with in the past, including Michelle, Johnny Payne and Chris Irvin. It makes for a great experience when a place designed for enthusiasts is staffed by enthusiasts. Keep up the great work! "

I want to make sure you know, and hopefully the rest of the Erico Motorsports Team, that your attitude and customer service makes the Walt Disney World cast look like they're in the wrong gear, pardon the pun. You are obviously very dedicated to your work, and very knowledgeable.
I imagine that even though you head up the service department, you are likely invested in the Sales side of your company. That being the case, now that I am riding the ET4 into work each day, many Keystone Resort employees are asking about the Vespa, the mileage, and more. Even one of my neighbors is buying one. When I tell them about the it, I always tell them about Erico Motorsports, and the great deals and service you deliver. A few of the employees at Keystone mention limited funds, and I tell them about your demo's and used motorcycles.
I hope you see some of the Vail Resorts employees soon, and I hope you have a really strong Summer, not only due to the gas prices, but also because your company is the best at what you do! Thanks again for your great service."

Thought I'd drop you a line now we are back in the UK. Got the bike on the road with an English number plate and I'm commuting on it daily. The bike doesn't look as pretty, as it does rain a bit - but it keeps me busy cleaning it constantly. Found a handy Triumph dealer but no where near as good as you guys - great to see you got the No1 Dealer award - congrats to all. The roads here are a lot better for bikers and I'm having a great time. Don't forget if any of you lot make it over to the UK for whatever reason look me up.

I’m writing to thank and commend all of you who make Erico the award winning store that it is.
There is an atmosphere the moment you walk into the dealership that conveys the passion and spiritual essence of motorcycling. For any of us, whom motorcycling is such an important part of our life, your store is wonderful treat for the sole. I told my 6 year old grandson Logan that when grandpa died he could come and visit me at Erico.
As good as the store itself is, the people are really the best of all and really make the package complete.
On a very busy Saturday about 2 weeks ago, my wife Colleen and I purchased a 1098S and a Fly 150 from Mark Montoya. I had been talking to Mark for a month or so and had received answers to all my questions and a great deal of additional info from Mark plus an invitation to test ride an 848 and a 1098. Mark is great and we both enjoyed meeting him. What really impressed us in addition to Mark’s attention was how your whole group seemed to work together as a team. I felt as if we were the only customer in the store and you really were very busy that day. Several sales people came up to meet us and also offered helpful advice and info. Your parts people were very interested and helped us with the terminology, performance kit and a couple other items for the 1098 and the Fly. We also received a great deal of attention from Dominic; service manager, and to my great surprise he made a spot in the shop to do installation of the performance kit for the 1098 and a trunk on the Fly. On such a busy day that sort of instant response was completely unexpected. Needless to say we were thrilled to be able to take these wonderful machines home that very day. Also a pleasure to work with Ron Baird- finance manager. He was so friendly and knowledgeable with all the different options available to us. We went away feeling that we got the best deal possible suited to our needs. All in all everyone in the store seemed so engaged and interested in helping us. I don’t remember being in a dealership where everyone worked so much as a team. I would like to add that my work history included 3 years as Sales Manager at Richard Miller Motorcycles in Eureka, CA from 1978-1981 and 6 years from 1971-1977 at Bob Hagesdad Porsche and Prestige Imports, after Bob sold from 1983-1994. So you know I have a good base of life inside a dealership. You all are a real class act!
My wife loves the Fly and the 1098S is the dream of a lifetime. I will be 60 in July and my first outing on 2 wheels was age 12. I’m looking forward to all my future visits to your store.
