I was given while my Duc was in for service recently. All my questions were
answered without hesitation and was given helpful tips to keep my
bike running in tip-top shape between services. The service department

…bike came in for its first service…I was asked when I made the appointment if I was having any problems or had any questions and I called back a day before my appointment to see if an accessory could be installed during the service. Parts called another dealership to get the part as ya'll were all out and I was coming from Cheyenne - part located and received in time - yippee! I've never had a dealership do this before and the extra effort was greatly appreciated. Bike was serviced in the time frame I was told and the staff made me feel welcome while I waited.

Greatest experience I've had at a dealership. I used to take my bike to Fay Meyer because it was within walking distance of my house and I hated the way I was treated there. And last time I was there they forget to put some screws back in my fairings and forgot to call me when they were done. I will never go any where other than Erico. You guys treated me great and were very informative and took great care of my Ducati. I will definitely be back.

The service department went above and beyond for me in this case. I picked up a screw in the rear tire of the loaner bike. When they finished with my bike they brought my bike to my place of work along with the extra parts and switched it out for the loaner bike. Very cool!
