WAIVER AND RELEASE AGREEMENT:
I know that riding a motor scooter is a potentially hazardous activity. I also know that there will be traffic on any Rally rides and I assume the risk of riding in traffic. I also assume any and all other risks associated with Rally events including, but not limited to damage or theft of my scooter, falls, contact with other riders, traffic accidents, the effects of the weather and the conditions of the roads, all such risks being known and appreciated by me. Knowing these facts, and in consideration of your receipt of my registration, I hereby for myself, my successors or anyone else who might claim on my behalf, covenant not to sue, and waive and release and discharge Erico Motorsports, Good Samaritan House and SQREAM Scooter Club its officers, directors, members or anyone acting on their behalf, from any and all damages or liability for death, personal injury or property damage of any kind or nature whatsoever, whether same be caused by negligence or fault. If participating in any riding events, I also certify that I have a valid scooter or motorcycle license as required by my State's law. This release and waiver extends to all claims of every kind or nature whatsoever. Signatures by minors accepted only with a parent or guardian's signature.
